You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Defective Items
Returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Unused and in resaleable condition
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Shipping charges or expedited shipping fees
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Request Process

- Reason for return
- Clear photos (required for damaged or defective items)

Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
